Our December 3-4 gelato class was a success as usual! 10 students traveled here from Washington, Wisconsin, Oregon, and of course California, to learn from Gelato Master, Maria Coassin. Maria only teaches at our facility in San Clemente, California and we’re lucky enough to have her quarterly. Learn how to make gelato at our unique gelato class. You will have a hands on learning experience using our gelato equipment.
