The F-Series Horizontal Batch Freezer allows you to produce what you need with the flexibility to produce small and large quantities. These Gelato machines are capable of producing sorbets, water ice, gelato, and low or high-fat products.

The Cattabriga Series of cold process horizontal batch freezers includes 3 different models for different needs in capacity.

The F45 has a capacity of 4.2-8.5 quarts
The F90 has a capacity of 6.3-14.8 quarts
The F120 has a capacity of 10.5-21 quarts
